Congratulations, second-day meditation is over. There might have been little progress than yesterday or might not have been, do not worry. Just do as instructed, do not expect anything just practice the meditation technique as instructed. There is not much to convey today. However, as usual, you are free to ask me as many questions as you want.

From tomorrow you will get introduced to a new technique, it is similar to today’s but a slight modification will be there. Just follow the instruction. Until the day six, you will be practicing the meditation technique just as a preparation for the main technique (MMIS). Only after day six, you will dive into the actual technique of this course. So, till day 6 you are just preparing, so don’t feel demotivated that it’s being difficult or something like that. Beautiful benefits are yet to come.
