Congratulations, the third-day meditation is over.  Still, 10 days remaining for the course to complete and you must work patiently, continuously, and persistently. Today you just witnessed the flow of breath completely. Move your awareness with the breath as it passes through your nostrils or chest or belly, wherever it goes.  You have to breathe consciously, let your consciousness move with your breath. You are just being aware of reality. Breathe is the reality of the moment. Breathe is the universal object, not a sectarian object. The breath is neither a Hindu breathe, the Christian breathe, Nepali breathe, American breathe, or anything like that. The breath coming in and going out is the universal truth, isn’t it? If you keep on working with the universal truths, the technique will lead you to solidified, intensified, surface-level truth to the subtle reality with your own personal experience. With this, you will learn to be more aware, mindful, and concentrated and get rid of mental sufferings. 

Don’t get stressed or anything like that. Just follow the instructions, beautiful days are yet to come.
