Congratulations, you have completed the eight-day meditation.

You might have already known, the main purpose of this MMIS is to create awareness. Being one with the witnessing consciousness through the practice of choiceless observation, means you are maintaining the equanimity for any sensations or experience. The more you witness without reaction or rejection you will be familiar with the universal law of impermanence. You will start to become mindful and most of the time be in the present moment, which will make you live life like never before.
